  • Drum

    The heating drum is made of boiler carbon steel, which has higher pressure and thickness than stainless steel. The surface  is grinded and polished which has highly improved the ironing flatness and quality

  • Insulation Design

    The two ends of the drum, around the box, and all steam pipelines have been insulated to prevent heat loss, which reduces the steam consumption by 5%

  • PLC

    Mitsubishi PLC control system, programmable design, according to the ironing machine's working time schedule,you can freely set the steam supply time of the ironing machine such as working , noon break, and off work. Effective management of steam can be implemented. Steam consumption effectively reduced by nearly 25% compared to normal ironer

  • Double-face ironing

    3 sets drums all use double-face ironing design, which improve the ironing quality

  • No Guide Belts

    Some of the drums use none guide belts design,which eliminate the dents on the sheets and improve the ironing quality

    All ironing belts have a tension function, which can automatically adjust the tension of the ironing belts， improve the quality of ironing

    The whole machine adopts a heavy mechanical structure design, and the weight of the whole machine reaches 11 tons
