Shanghai Chuandao Aimei Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of industrial washing machines, commercial washing machines, industrial tunnel washer systems, high-speed ironing lines, logistics systems, etc., as well as the overall planning and design of smart laundry factories.

Shanghai Chuandao was established in March 2001, Kunshan Chuandao was established in May 2010, and Jiangsu Chuandao was established in February 2019. The current Chuandao production plant covers an area of 130,000 square meters and a total construction area of 100,000 square meters.

Automated Processing

ChuanDao has a Sheet Metal Storage System of 1,000 tons, 7 high-power laser cutting machines, 2 CNC turret punches, 6 imported high-precision CNC bending machines, and intelligent flexible sheet metal processing workshop composed of 2 automatic bending units.

Machining Equipment

The main machining equipment includes: large CNC vertical lathes, several large drilling and milling machining centers, 1 set of large and heavy CNC lathes with a diameter of 2.5 meters and a length of 21 meters, all kinds of medium-sized ordinary lathes, CNC milling machine, more than 30 sets of grinding machines and imported high-end precision CNC lathes.

Hydraulic Forming Equipment

More than 120 sets of hydraulic forming equipment, a large number of special machines, welding robots, and precision testing equipment, and nearly 500 sets of various large and valuable molds for sheet metal, hardware, injection molding, etc.
