On August 3rd, over a hundred colleagues from the laundry industry visited CLM's Nantong production base to explore the development and future of the laundry industry.

On August 2nd, the 2024 Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. At the event, CLM's intelligent equipment attracted many industry professionals. Taking this opportunity, we invited over a hundred new and old customers to visit CLM's Nantong production base for a deeper understanding.

The visit aimed to enhance mutual understanding within the industry, gain insights into customers' actual needs, and showcase CLM's manufacturing capabilities and craftsmanship. We hope to provide more convenient and intelligent laundry equipment and better services in the future.

In the sheet metal workshop, visitors learned about the flexible production line, which includes a 1000-ton automatic material library, seven high-power laser cutting machines, and eleven imported high-precision CNC bending machines. They witnessed the entire process from automated material feeding to cutting. In the profile workshop, they understood the quality of raw materials used in CLM's equipment and saw the application of high-power laser tube cutting machines and profile processing centers. In the tunnel washer welding workshop, we introduced our inner drum welding robots and inner drum processing lathes in detail. The advanced manufacturing processes and standardized intelligent manufacturing levels impressed everyone.

In the tunnel washer and finishing display area, the Deputy Sales Manager explained the manufacturing process, energy consumption comparison, and design details of our tunnel washers, ironing lines, and direct-fired equipment. The presentation demonstrated how laundry plants could achieve high-volume linen washing, drying, ironing, and folding with minimal labor using intelligent laundry equipment. CLM's product design and quality help laundry plants improve efficiency, save energy, and reduce maintenance costs.

In the washing machine workshop, we showcased the production and assembly of Kingstar intelligent industrial washing machines, coin-operated commercial washing machines, and dryers, demonstrating the stable operation of the equipment, which received unanimous recognition from everyone.

This visit allowed customers to deeply understand CLM's spirit of striving for excellence and innovation, and to see the future direction of the laundry industry more clearly.

The visit concluded successfully, with many customers expressing their desire for further cooperation with CLM in the near future. They also look forward to CLM leading China's laundry plants into a new era of intelligence.
